Everything was perfect . Rooms were clean Location was perfect and front Desk staff was very cooperatives. I forgot the name of kind lady in front desk but she arranged water bottles for us at mid night from local shop and that too all complimentary without any charge. I have been staying at greensboro for last 10 years for attending highpoint furniture market and always try to explore new hotel but next time I will stay again in Baymont.

I Love The Staff ... Especially (SHAY) Who Was Extremely Kind And So Very Helpful. She Even Took My Luggage To The Second Floor Since There Are No Elevators. Loved that the room had a microwave and a very nice size Mini Refrigerator. The room was very comfortable. This is always my go to spot while attending conventions across the street at the Sheraton Four Seasons Hotel that is 4x the price of the Baymont. This is a great location for everything!!

The lady at the front desk was so friendly polite and welcoming she made it so easy to communicate and was willing to go the extra mile. The hotel was clean and fresh it felt so homely I would recommend this hotel to everyone the price is right the location is great staff are friendly rooms are clean and well kept house keeping are friendly and don’t bang on your door to leave I’ll definitely be back .

It was very clean ,the staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms are huge, and newly remodeled, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there,however there is a shady motel across the street with alot of drug activity and prostitution but it's very safe at baymont

Yes! Melvin, is super at his job.Melvin, is one of a kind and went extreme measures to accommodate me!! My stay at Baymont Suites is also above and beyond.I 'am a diamond reward customer and this is why, I keep coming back to diamond services.I travel a lot and I will always choose Baymont when in the Carolinas, because of people like Melvin.He's amazing and please give him desirable raise and promotion.Because I m gonna share with others at my company and etc.And that will bring more people to your business.

The receptionist was very nice and professional. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and the rooms weren’t bad either. Breakfast was included

The staff... i came at a weird time where there was so much construction, but the staff was so amazing i didnt care and my room was clean and everything worked well

Robin and Amos were very, very, very, pleasant and kind.They both went out of there way to make my stay comfortable.They need a raise!!! I:am a diamond rewards customer and they treated me as such.Also, I like to thank the African American man for finding my I phone charger, he also went the extra mile to do so! I've forgotten his name.But he was the man who checked me out! Keep up the good work.

Everything was great from Melvin and others at the front desk, to the GM. My Mom died and I was there for her funeral. The staff will never know how they helped me during a very difficult time . Giving an encouraging word, showing empathy,the small sentiment really was very large and timely. Thanks, drdkyc
